- Recycling signals an unfilled, slow, or evergreen pipeline role.
- Check the posting date, the posting ID, and whether the same title keeps
  reappearing from the same company before you spend hours tailoring.

We use 'recycled posting patterns', not accusations of intent. The data is the
observed re-posting of the same title+company under multiple posting IDs.
