Entry-level workers are the least likely to be offered remote work. Across
204,223 analyzed US tech postings, remote share rises with seniority,
a 19.3%-point gap from entry to senior. Remote is granted with experience.

- Entry-level remote share: 40.7%
- Mid-level remote share: 56.6%
- Senior-level remote share: 60%
