They are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Customer Service Technician to support advanced power distribution equipment, involving both on-site and remote service to ensure reliability and performance. Responsibilities: Perform startup, commissioning, service, and preventive maintenance on LayerZero equipment:; Static transfer switches; Power distribution equipment; Remote power panels; Provide customer support while on site and via email and phone; Maintain timely and detailed service records in the LayerZero system; Provide emergency response for critical incidents; Regularly scheduled time slots for 1-844-855-5977 LayerZero 24/7 incident response Qualifications: Service experience with electric power systems; Electrical and electronic troubleshooting skills; Ability to read diagrams and schematics; Familiarity with programming printed circuit boards via PC based programs; Safety awareness and electrical PPE knowledge; Clean driving record Required Skills: Electrical troubleshooting, Power distribution systems, Reading diagrams, Programming printed circuit boards, Safety awareness, Electrical PPE knowledge
