Full Stack Engineer

Calyptus is a platform that automates job applications for candidates. They are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to own the development of mobile applications, design scalable infrastructure, and collaborate with product and design teams to deliver impactful features. Responsibilities: Own end-to-end development of iOS and Android applications; Design and scale infrastructure to deliver fast, reliable performance worldwide; Lead technical discussions and mentor junior engineers; Collaborate with product and design teams to ship impactful features; Maintain code quality through reviews, refactoring, and enforcing best practices Qualifications: Proven experience building production React Native applications with real users; Deep understanding of backend performance and optimization; High quality standards with the ability to maintain near-perfection while shipping on time; Creativity, strong design sense, and passion for building seamless mobile experiences; Experience scaling infrastructure, including databases (Postgres), hosting, and networking; Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail Required Skills: React Native, Postgres, Backend performance, Design sense
