Jr Software Developer

AnaVation LLC is a leader in solving complex technical challenges for the U.S. Federal Intelligence Community. They are seeking a highly skilled Junior Software Developer to develop a secure, full-stack web application that meets mission-critical objectives through collaboration with stakeholders and other developers. Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and optimize full-stack web applications; Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners to decompose epics into actionable Agile stories and tasks under the SAFe methodology; Develop responsive, component-driven UIs using tools just as Angular React, Next.js, Storybook, and Jest; Develops codes, tests, and debugs new software or enhancements to existing software Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or other related analytical, scientific, or technical discipline; Minimum of 1 year of experience developing, testing, and deploying backend software in a widely used programming language such as Java, Python, Go, JavaScript, Typescript, or .NET; Experience developing, testing, and deploying Java software using the latest versions of the Java Development Kit; Experience implementing and using backend frameworks such as Java Spring, Nodejs, Go Gin, AngularJS, React, NextJS, Spring, Nodejs, NestJS, and Gin Java frameworks such as Spring, Google Web Toolkit, Hibernate, and Struts; Experience with software development lifecycle processes to include Agile development; Experience with software design patterns and antipatterns; Experience with development tools (git, integrated development environment, code quality tools, etc.); Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills; This position requires a Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility Required Skills: Java, Python, Go, JavaScript, TypeScript, .NET, Java Development Kit, Java Spring Framework, Node.js, Go Gin Framework, AngularJS, React, Next.js, NestJS, Google Web Toolkit, Hibernate, Struts, Agile development, Software development lifecycle, Software design patterns, Git, Integrated development environment, Code quality tools
