They are seeking freelance Marketing Project Manager Consultants to support clients by managing marketing projects, ensuring alignment, and executing initiatives efficiently. Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end execution of marketing projects and campaigns; Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and workflows; Coordinate across cross-functional teams including marketing, product, design, and engineering; Ensure alignment on priorities, deliverables, and deadlines; Identify risks and proactively address blockers to keep projects on track; Facilitate meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communication; Implement and optimize project management processes and tools; Track project performance and ensure successful delivery against goals Qualifications: Strong experience in marketing project or program management; Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments; Experience working cross-functionally with diverse teams and stakeholders; Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Notion); Strong organizational and time management skills; Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities; Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset; Comfort working across different industries and marketing functions Required Skills: Marketing project management, Project management tools, Problem-solving mindset
