Job Description

Cardinal Health is seeking a Product Manager for its Product and Solutions Marketing Analytics team, which provides Business Intelligence support to internal solutions teams serving retail independent customers. The role focuses on developing tools to enhance workflow and customer experience while providing critical insights and decision support to leadership. Responsibilities: Work with internal solutions teams to develop tools to improve workflow and customer experience; Lead projects to design, develop, and implement solutions and operations performance metrics and analytics that provide critical information, insights, and decision support to leadership; Assist with ad-hoc requests as needed; Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and content documentation; Monitor and maintain the accuracy and quality of all data; Assist in the guidance and technical skills development of lesser experienced analysts Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience; 2-5 years of experience; Project management experience; Skilled in gathering requirements from stakeholders at all organizational levels; Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle competing priorities; Ability to quickly learn and resolve unfamiliar technical challenges using available resources; Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive, research-driven approach; Ability to recognize opportunities to improve processes and tools and communicate with stakeholders Required Skills: Data querying, Data visualization, Dashboard design, Data workflow tools, Relational databases, MS-SQL, Business intelligence, Healthcare domain knowledge, Project management, Time-management skills
