Software Engineer (Frontend)

Latent is building the next generation of AI-enabled clinical systems, aiming to improve patient care through innovative technology. They are seeking a Frontend Engineer to own the user interface and frontend architecture of their core product, focusing on delivering intuitive designs and collaborating with other engineers. Responsibilities: Architect a flexible and capable React ecosystem designed to host complex, mission-critical healthcare widgets and user-facing AI tools; Focus on high-level UI/UX to help providers and operational staff effortlessly navigate clinical data and AI-surfaced insights for workflows like Prior Authorizations and Appeals; Design and implement interfaces that are critical to workflows involving Patient Interactions, ensuring clarity and speed are prioritized; Work closely with Full Stack and Backend Engineers to define interfaces and APIs, ensuring the frontend architecture supports rapid iteration and delivery of product specs Qualifications: Deep expertise in React and TypeScript; Proven experience architecting large, scalable frontend applications (not just marketing sites); Excitement about working five days per week in our San Francisco office Required Skills: React, TypeScript, Frontend architecture, Healthcare experience, User experience, Domain curiosity, Tool proficiency
