Navitus Health Solutions is a company dedicated to making medications more affordable by providing innovative pharmacy benefit management services. They are seeking a Senior Implementation Project Manager to oversee client transitions and implement new services, ensuring effective communication and relationship building with clients throughout the process. Responsibilities: Prepare for and participate in the Readiness Assessment and potential sales initiatives; Be the primary face to the Client, involving significant travel; Prepare for and facilitate a new client Kick-off Meeting for the purposes of Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related area; or equivalent work experience required; Valid State Driver's License and current Automobile Insurance Policy; 5 years project management experience, working with external clients required; Knowledge of PBM or healthcare industry required; The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees Required Skills: Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), Healthcare Industry Knowledge, Medicare, Medicaid, Affordable Care Act (ACA), Relationship Management, Cooperation, Respectfulness, Project Management
