Technical CRM Project Manager (USA)

They are seeking a Technical CRM Project Manager to lead CRM integration projects, managing project plans from discovery to implementation while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. Responsibilities: Expertly managing project scheduling and budget planning; Develop a project plan that meets stakeholders/customers needs and delivers desired outcomes within budget; Partner with Resource Managers to accurately predict and allocate the necessary resources; Create and manage a budget that reflects the scope of work and resource Qualifications: A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Science, or similar field; Mid-level years of experience at a senior level working on systems integrations / CRM implementations projects; Proficiency in Project Management Methodologies, preferably with formal training; Experience in a Consultancy, Agency, or Software development organization is highly desirable; Have an unwavering passion for driving results and making things happen; Approach problem-solving with a keen analytical mindset and meticulous attention to detail; Thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments, successfully navigating complexity and embracing change; Excel in forming strong interpersonal connections and possess remarkable resourcefulness; Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills Required Skills: CRM Implementations, Project Management Methodologies, Systems Integrations, Budget Planning, Analytical Mindset
