Horizontal Talent is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead the development of an enterprise-level affordability dashboard. The role involves facilitating scrum events, collaborating with product owners, and mentoring teams to drive continuous improvement and support agile practices. Responsibilities: Facilitate scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes to boost collaboration and effectiveness; Collaborate with product owners to define product development goals and meet business Qualifications: Certification in Scrum methodologies (CSM, PSM, SAFe, or LeSS); Over 3 years of professional experience in an agile environment; In-depth understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies; Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage a diverse range of stakeholders; Proficiency in agile planning tools like Jira and Mural Required Skills: Scrum methodologies certification, Agile environment experience, Scrum methodology, Kanban methodology, Agile planning tools, Jira, Mural, Communication, Presentation
