Product Manager, Clinic Operations

Local Infusion is the fastest growing infusion provider in the United States, focused on transforming the specialty infusion industry through patient-centered care and AI-driven technology. They are seeking a Product Manager to own the product roadmap and AI strategy for clinic operations, driving transformational change in the way clinics operate. Responsibilities: Own the full product roadmap and AI strategy and adoption; Run continuous discovery with frontline clinic staff — shadow workflows, interview physicians and admins, and translate findings into clear Qualifications: 4+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years shipping data-intensive or AI/ML products; Demonstrated understanding of how to sequence infrastructure and application layers — you know why data quality must precede agent deployment; Experience with healthcare data formats and clinical workflows (HL7, FHIR, EHR systems), or the ability to develop that fluency quickly; Strong discovery instincts — you can find the real problem behind the stated request; Comfortable holding both platform-level ambiguity and feature-level precision at the same time Required Skills: Product Management, AI/ML product development, Data-intensive product development, Healthcare data formats, Clinical workflows, HL7, FHIR, EHR systems, Data quality management, Discovery instincts, Manage ambiguity, Precision
