Senior Product Manager, Marketplace Growth

Jerry.ai is a leading mobile app dedicated to simplifying car ownership for American consumers. As a Senior Product Manager on the Quoting team, you will oversee the user experience for insurance shopping within the app, focusing on backend integrations and enhancing marketplace performance to ensure quick and accurate quotes for users. Responsibilities: Drive Carrier Integrations: Own the end-to-end process of launching new insurance carrier partners and products, often working directly with external insurance carrier teams to stand up integrations; Optimize Marketplace Performance: Improve our quoting system logic, eligibility rules, and coverage matching to ensure customers receive the maximum number of competitive quotes; Own the Funnel: Diagnose where customers drop out of the quoting journey and implement technical or UX solutions to improve the quote success rate; Ensure Data Accuracy: Maintain the integrity of our underwriting inputs to ensure the prices we show are accurate, protecting both the customer experience and our loss ratio; Scale with Speed: Maintain our competitive advantage by keeping median quote latency between 5-15 seconds, ensuring a reliable and 'instant' feel for the user Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in technical product management, management consulting, or data analytics; Extreme attention to detail and ability to get deep into the weeds of API documentation and rating logic; Understanding of how backend technical performance (latency, accuracy) directly impacts consumer behavior and marketplace conversion; Comfortable diving into the data to answer your own questions; Ability to track Quote Success Rates, Conversion, and Loss Ratios daily; Ability to bridge the gap between engineering, insurance specialists, and external partners; Ability to translate complex technical hurdles into clear product roadmaps; Passionate about AI and using it to automate day-to-day tasks Required Skills: Technical Product Management, API Documentation, Data Analytics, Data-Driven Decision Making, Marketplace Performance Optimization, Insurance Carrier Integrations, Quoting System Logic, Underwriting Data Accuracy, AI Automation
