Project Manager, Implementations

Prelim is a fast-growing, remote-first startup revolutionizing how financial institutions onboard and serve their customers. They are seeking a Project Manager, Implementations to lead banks through their digital transformation journey, managing multiple high-stakes deployments and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. Responsibilities: Manage multiple concurrent bank implementations with overlapping timelines, tracking dependencies and risks while driving projects to on-time completion; Lead client calls and build trusted relationships with stakeholders from C-suite executives to operations staff, handling difficult conversations and managing expectations; Coordinate cross-functional teams including Implementation Associates, engineers, and Customer Success to ensure smooth project execution and post-launch transitions; Translate complex technical Qualifications: Exceptional organizational skills, you live by your task lists and calendars; Strong communication abilities with both technical and non-technical audiences; Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously; Grace under pressure, you stay calm when clients are stressed and deadlines are tight; Natural problem solver who finds creative solutions within constraints; Self-starter who takes ownership without waiting for direction; Legally authorized to work in the United States and located within the continental United States Required Skills: Project Management, Financial Services Experience, Software Implementations, Technical Aptitude
