Business Systems Analyst

Comfrt is one of the fastest-growing DTC apparel brands in the world, and they are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Systems Analyst to join their technology team. This role is critical in bridging the gap between business objectives in the eCommerce domain and the technical solutions required to achieve them. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Operations, Finance, Product Management) and the IT/Development teams, focusing specifically on eCommerce capabilities and cross-border operations; Conduct in-depth analysis of current business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement within the existing eCommerce architecture (e.g., shopping cart, payment gateways, fulfillment, taxation); Elicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably within a retail, consumer goods, or technology environment; 3+ years of direct experience working with major B2C or B2B eCommerce platforms and related systems; Demonstrable experience supporting or leading the systems implementation aspects of international business expansion or cross-border trade projects; Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills; Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical information to non-technical audiences Required Skills: ECommerce platforms, Business Analysis, International business processes, Agile methodologies, Data analysis tools
