Business Systems Analyst

The Business Systems Analyst will bridge the gap between business objectives and technical solutions, leading efforts to analyze and document complex business requirements while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and IT teams to ensure high-quality technical solutions are delivered. Responsibilities: Contribute to the analysis, documentation, and refinement of business Qualifications: Ability to demonstrate and support the 5 Company Core Values: Integrity, Advocacy, Commitment, Inclusion, and Excellence; Strong knowledge of both business operations and IT systems, with an ability to translate between the two domains; Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences; Ability to assess and articulate the impact of business decisions across organizational departments; Comfortability in operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with multiple concurrent priorities; Proven experience in Agile environments and working within cross-functional teams; Must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills; Must have the ability easily assimilate information and learn new applications and processes; Must have the ability to analyze complex system requirements and present findings to both internal and external stakeholders in a simple and comprehensible manner; Must understand the defect management and resolution process; At least three (3) years of hands-on experience in business analysis, preferably in large-scale or enterprise environments; Must have experience operating in Agile SDLC.
