Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Plano, TX. The role involves configuring and enhancing ServiceNow HRSD modules, developing ITSM functionalities, and building scalable applications in cloud-native environments. Responsibilities: Configure, customize, and enhance ServiceNow HRSD modules including Case Management, Lifecycle Events, Employee Service Center, HR Catalog, and Knowledge Management; Develop and maintain core ITSM functionalities such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management modules; Implement and optimize ITOM capabilities including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and cloud discovery across AWS, Azure, and GCP; Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Glide scripting, Flow Designer, and Service Portal/Employee Center components; Design and develop robust, scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React.js for cloud‑native environments; Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to architect solutions, optimize performance, manage CI/CD pipelines, and ensure platform reliability Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (master's degree Required Skills: ServiceNow HRSD, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React.js, REST/SOAP APIs, ITSM, ITOM, AWS, Azure, CI/CD, DevOps, Cloud-native applications
