Digital Commerce Product Manager, Salesforce (remote)

They are seeking a Product Manager to support the strategy and execution of their Salesforce Platform, focusing on enhancing capabilities for internal teams to achieve B2B business objectives. Responsibilities: Act as a market-facing and internally facing product partner, collaborating across Sales, Service, Marketing, Operations, IT, and other stakeholders to identify business needs and opportunities within the Salesforce ecosystem; Contribute to the development and execution of product roadmaps for assigned Salesforce feature areas (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud); Support targeted outcomes and KPI objectives through prioritized features and technical enablers; Prepare materials and participate in monthly product review meetings with senior product leadership; Apply agile product management practices within assigned product areas; Partner with Product Owners to translate business needs into clear Qualifications: 5+ years of total professional experience; 3+ years of experience in Product Management or a related role; 3+ years of hands-on experience working with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce; Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technology teams; Demonstrated experience contributing to products or platforms supporting $10M+ in annual revenue or equivalent business impact; Willingness to travel up to 10%; Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field Required Skills: Product Management, Salesforce, CRM platforms, Agile product management, Business analysis, User research, Competitive analysis, Cross-functional collaboration, Communication
