Full-stack Developer, Web & Mobile

Springboard Collaborative is an organization dedicated to closing the opportunity gap by equipping marginalized families to teach reading at home. They are seeking a Full-stack Developer, Web & Mobile to deliver high-quality mobile and web experiences, ensuring software products meet user needs and exceed expectations. The role involves creating software that supports the organization’s programs and collaborating with the Products & Services Team. Responsibilities: You translate Qualifications: You have 4+ years of experience in full-stack development, including mobile and web technologies; You have 3+ years of experience with React Native for mobile development, alongside React for web; You have proficiency in mobile app development (iOS/Android) with a focus on performance optimization, debugging, and cross-platform consistency; You have an understanding of software development principles, methodologies, and best practices, with a focus on mobile-first design; You have knowledge of relational databases and the ability to write complex queries for data manipulation and retrieval; You actively create and support a work environment and technical products that embrace and appreciate inclusive excellence; You actively collect and examine data to grasp issues with our products or methodologies, draw data-driven conclusions, make strong recommendations for improvement, and resolve bugs and obstacles; You diligently pursue completion, thoroughness, and accuracy in your work and pursue the highest quality in our software products through your coding and testing; You communicate and cooperate within and across teams effectively and proactively, sharing a commitment to achieve product goals and follow through on team deliverables; You proactively work to resolve difficult and complicated technical challenges with diligence, creativity, innovation, and persistence, moving forward with initiative and focus Required Skills: React Native, React, Full-stack development, IOS/Android development, API development, Performance optimization, Valuing Equity, Analysis & Reasoning
