Fullstack Developer Python/React - Remote

YO IT Consulting is seeking a Fullstack Developer to design, build, and ship production systems end-to-end. The role involves working across the stack to enhance their AI Recruiter agent and requires collaboration with a senior remote team to deliver reliable software. Responsibilities: Contribute to building scalable and high-performance backend APIs using Python and FastAPI; Develop and enhance frontend interfaces using React, Next.js, and TypeScript; Support the integration of LLMs and AI agents into the platform (e.g., feedback systems and AI-assisted workflows); Help implement concurrency patterns and backend optimizations to improve system performance; Write and optimize SQL queries and contribute to data modeling for reliable data operations; Improve platform scalability, performance, and reliability across frontend and backend systems; Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following strong engineering practices; Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to ensure system stability and long-term maintainability; Collaborate with a small, senior remote team to ship features quickly while maintaining high standards Qualifications: Experience building frontend applications with React (Next.js and TypeScript are a plus); Experience building backend services with Python (FastAPI or similar frameworks Required Skills: Python, FastAPI, Asynchronous programming, Performance optimization, SQL, React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, API development, Service-oriented architecture, AWS, Problem solving, Communication, Collaboration, Ownership mindset, Curiosity
