IT Project Manager

DMI is a leading provider of digital services and technology solutions, headquartered in Tysons Corner, VA. They are seeking a driven IT Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of IT infrastructure and operations initiatives in a federal environment, ensuring projects are completed on time and aligned with strategic objectives. Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day execution and accountability for assigned IT projects; Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders; Develop detailed work plans, schedules, cost estimates, and resource allocations; Oversee project implementation to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved; Facilitate project meetings and drive cross-team collaboration; Provide clear, data-driven status reporting and executive-level updates; Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies; Coordinate across infrastructure, operations, service delivery, and solution teams; Ensure projects remain aligned with approved objectives and organizational priorities; Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience leading and managing IT projects; Experience supporting IT infrastructure, operations, service delivery, or technical solution development; Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid); Demonstrated experience in project planning, execution, and lifecycle management; Working knowledge of IT infrastructure and operational environments; Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience; Must successfully complete a Public Trust background investigation and/or obtain a Public Trust clearance; Must be a U.S. Citizen Required Skills: Project Management, IT Infrastructure, Operations Management, Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, Project Planning, Lifecycle Management, MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, ITIL, Communication, Organizational Skills, Analytical Skills
