IT Software Engineer

The Software Engineer is responsible for improving user experience by enhancing applications, managing application builds, and collaborating with development teams to meet business objectives. Responsibilities: Strives to improve the user experience by implementing and enhancing applications; Perform application build and configuration management functions or work directly with Software Engineers by writing technical specification documents for development; Perform testing, configuration management for the implementation, enhance or upgrade of solutions on premise or in a cloud hosted environment; Developing Robust, Scalable, and Maintainable Salesforce Solutions Aligned with Business Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training, and experience in a Healthcare environment; 2-4 years' experience working in IT as an Application Systems Analyst or Technical analyst type role; Proven proficiency in writing robust, scalable, and efficient Apex code (classes, triggers, batch Apex, scheduled Apex, Queueable Apex); Experience developing custom user interfaces using LWC or Aura frameworks; Expert-level knowledge of querying Salesforce data; Ability to maintain and enhance existing Visualforce pages (though LWC/Aura is Required Skills: Apex Development, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, Git, Version Control, CI/CD, Unit Testing, Debugging, Healthcare domain experience, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
