Junior Software Engineer

As a Junior Software Engineer, you will support the development and maintenance of software applications, leveraging AI and modern software engineering practices in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities: Support the design, development, testing, and deployment of full stack software applications (UI, API, Data) while leveraging AI tools; Participate in peer reviews of code, solution designs, and configurations; Assist in gathering and refining product Qualifications: A bachelor's degree with exposure to technology, software development, AI/ML, or other technical areas; Internship or project experience in software development or AI/ML; Experience in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or any other modern language); Candidate must be currently authorized to work in the United States and must not require MetLife sponsorship or support for an immigration-related employment benefit (e.g., work permit or temporary work visa) in any capacity now or in the future Required Skills: Software development, AI/ML, Programming languages, Responsive UI/UX development, Cloud-native development, Collaboration skills
