Migration Project Manager

Piper Companies is seeking a Migration Project Manager to support a large-scale customer migration initiative within the technology industry. The Migration Project Manager will be responsible for leading the end-to-end migration of approximately 140 customers to a hybrid software and networking product, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with minimal customer disruption. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the full lifecycle of customer migration projects involving software and networking components; Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and migration waves for up to 140 customers; Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, networking, operations, and customer-facing teams; Oversee customer readiness, scheduling, cutover execution, and post-migration stabilization; Track risks, issues, and dependencies while providing clear status updates to internal stakeholders and leadership Qualifications: 5+ years of project management experience delivering technical or customer-facing initiatives; Experience managing customer migrations, large-scale rollouts, or complex implementations; Working knowledge of software deployments and networking concepts; Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills; Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or MS Project Required Skills: Customer Migration, Software Deployment, Networking Concepts, Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, Stakeholder Management, Project Management
