Product Designer

OnePay is a consumer fintech trusted by millions of Americans to make money better. They are seeking a Product Designer who will design customer journeys that simplify complex financial tasks into intuitive experiences, collaborating closely with product managers and engineers. Responsibilities: Design and ship end-to-end experiences across OnePay’s product surfaces; Translate goals and Qualifications: 3–7 years designing for digital products, ideally mobile-first; A portfolio that shows clarity of thought, solid interaction design, and attention to detail; Fluency in Figma and comfort working within established design systems; Strong communication skills; you can explain reasoning and trade-offs clearly; Curiosity about how products work and how design drives business outcomes; Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and see work through Required Skills: Product Design, Interaction Design, Figma, Design Systems, Mobile-first Design, Communication, Curiosity, Ability to manage ambiguity, Prioritization
