Product Operations, Project Manager

OnePay is a consumer fintech trusted by millions of Americans to improve financial services. The Project Manager on the Product Operations Team will drive execution across critical product initiatives, ensuring cross-functional readiness and improving processes for product launches. Responsibilities: Drive execution of product launches end to end, ensuring cross-functional readiness across Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations; Support governance and management of the product roadmap, helping teams prioritize and deliver against key initiatives; Own and evolve project management tools, templates, and workflows to improve visibility and execution; Build and improve processes that increase organizational efficiency, documentation quality, and stakeholder alignment; Manage relationships with external partners, including banking and strategic partners, serving as a key point of coordination and communication Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in technology-based project management, product operations, or a related role within fintech or technology; Experience setting up and managing project management tools, workflows, and automation, with a strong interest in leveraging AI to improve execution; Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment across multidisciplinary teams; Strong communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into clear, actionable insights; Ability to operate in ambiguity, manage multiple priorities, and independently drive projects forward in a fast-paced environment; Experience managing external strategic partnerships and/or vendor relationships; Drive and proactivity - everyone here is a builder and executor Required Skills: Product operations, Project management, Cross-functional leadership, Fintech experience, Project management tools, Executive presentation, Drive
