Quality Assurance Lead

They are seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to operate in a global delivery model, bringing strategic direction to testing and acting as the subject matter expert for quality discipline and business domains. The role involves leading testing efforts, ensuring quality standards, and developing management metrics for project health. Responsibilities: Lead QE with hands on experience Automation Experience with knowledge on Selenium, Cucumber framework and API testing; Bring strategic direction to testing and act as the subject matter expert for both the quality discipline and a line of business domain(s); Lead the review of testing artifacts throughout the product life-cycle to ensure appropriate sign off and prioritization of testing work; Coordinate test strategy, scripting and defect resolution; Ensure early engagement with internal partners and proactive planning to ensure quality is a core area of focus early in the product lifecycle; Take accountability for quality standards in the development, implementation and upkeep test scripts and opportunities for automation of testing products; Develop meaningful management metrics that help to gauge project health; Identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement in product release Qualifications: Quality Engineering background; Lead experience; Hands-on experience in Automation; Knowledge on Selenium; Knowledge on Cucumber framework; Knowledge on API testing; Good communication skills; 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience; University / college degree or a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience Required Skills: Quality Engineering, QA Automation, Selenium Automation, API Testing, Software Testing, Analytical Thinking, Process Management
