Responsibilities

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a leading cloud platform that provides business applications leveraging AI technology. The role involves building state-of-the-art multi-agent systems and optimizing machine learning models while collaborating with software engineers to enhance customer-facing features. Responsibilities: Drive end-to-end GenAI projects with high complexity and ambiguity from conception to production; Build, optimize, and deploy ML models while collaborating with software engineers for productionization; Research innovative machine learning approaches and identify new opportunities for GenAI applications; Perform hands-on analysis and modeling of large datasets to develop actionable insights; Establish scalable, automated processes for data analysis, model development, and validation; Present results to senior leadership and collaborate with cross-functional teams Qualifications: 3+ years of building models for business application experience; PhD, or Master's degree and 4+ years of CS, CE, ML or related field experience; Experience in patents or publications at top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals; Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language; Experience in any of the following areas: algorithms and data structures, parsing, numerical optimization, data mining, parallel and distributed computing, high-performance computing Required Skills: Large language models, Agentic systems, Foundational models, Fine-tuning, Reinforcement learning, Machine learning, Data analysis, Model development, Model validation, Java, C++, Python, Algorithms, Data structures, Parsing, Numerical optimization, Data mining, Parallel computing, Distributed computing, High-performance computing, Unix/Linux, Software development
