Scrum Master

CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking a talented and passionate Scrum Master to join their Product team. The Scrum Master will facilitate cross-functional Scrum teams, ensuring collaboration between Product, Engineering, and Design, while guiding teams in agile principles and supporting the integration of AI-assisted development capabilities. Responsibilities: Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies and Help the Team Plan, Deliver, and Continuously Improve Sprint Execution; Support Cross-Functional Scrum Teams Aligned to Specific Product Areas, Ensuring Strong Collaboration Between Product, Engineering, and Design While Serving as Scrum Master for Engineering Team Members; Remove Blockers and Manage Dependencies so the Team Can Maintain Focus and Delivery Momentum; Foster a Collaborative, High-Trust Environment that Encourages Open Communication, Ownership, and Continuous Improvement; Coach Team Members on Agile Principles and Help Teams Evolve their Ways of Working to Improve Quality, Speed, and Predictability; Monitor Delivery Progress, Identify Risks Early, and Help Teams Adapt to Maintain Healthy and Sustainable Delivery; Support the Integration of AI Agents and AI-Assisted Development Tools; Communicate Clearly with Stakeholders to Ensure Transparency Around Priorities, Progress, and Outcomes Qualifications: Proven Experience as a Scrum Master or in a Similar Agile Role; Strong Understanding of Scrum Principles, Values, and Practices; Experience Working with Cross-Functional Product and Engineering Teams; Excellent Communication, Facilitation, and Interpersonal Skills; Ability to Build and Maintain Strong Relationships with Team Members and Stakeholders; Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills; Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Larger Organization; Interest in Modern Development Practices, Automation, and Emerging AI-Enabled Engineering Workflows; Passion for Agile Methodologies and Continuous Improvement Required Skills: Scrum Mastery, Scrum Principles, Agile Methodologies, AI-Assisted Development Tools, Automation, Agile Coaching, Analytical Thinking, Cross-Functional Team Collaboration, Facilitation
