Senior Health Integration Engineer - Remote based in US

Conifer Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Health Integration Engineer to join their team as a senior contributor and technical leader. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying healthcare integrations while mentoring junior developers and improving integration capabilities. Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy healthcare integrations using InterSystems IRIS or other integration platforms; Implement production components—business services, processes, and operations—primarily through code (ObjectScript, Embedded Python, or similar), minimizing reliance on BPL; Interpret business and technical Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on healthcare integration experience; Strong proficiency with at least one major healthcare integration engine; InterSystems IRIS/HealthShare/Ensemble experience is Required Skills: Healthcare integration, InterSystems IRIS, HealthShare, Ensemble, Cloverleaf, Rhapsody, Mirth/NextGen, EGate, ObjectScript, Python, Java, HL7 v2, FHIR, CCD/C-CDA, X12, Healthcare interoperability, Integration patterns, REST API, SOAP API, Version control, CI/CD pipelines
