Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

Made Card is a fintech company focused on helping homeowners save time, money, and stress through innovative financial tools. They are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to lead quality assurance for their mobile and web platforms, ensuring high-quality software releases and mentoring junior engineers. Responsibilities: Define, develop, and execute test strategies, plans, and cases to ensure high-quality software releases; Conduct rigorous testing across frontend (Flutter) and backend (Python/Postgres/DynamoDB/Redis) systems; Build and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright; Validate backend services and integrations with tools such as Postman or RestAssured; Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution in issue tracking systems; Perform regression testing for new releases and ensure backward compatibility; Collaborate with engineers to expand test coverage and integrate QA processes into CI/CD pipelines (Kubernetes/Docker/AWS); Mentor junior QA engineers and advocate for QA best practices across engineering Qualifications: 5–8+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including senior-level Required Skills: Test Strategy, Automated Testing, API Testing, CI/CD Integration, Bug Tracking, Regression Testing, Collaboration Skills, Customer-First Mindset
