Senior Software Engineer, Frontend (UI) – San Francisco

Flow Engineering is an AI-native requirements platform that makes complex engineering work clear, collaborative, and verifiable. They are seeking a senior frontend software engineer to own core user experiences and integrate AI-powered workflows into an intuitive UI. Responsibilities: Own major user-facing surfaces in Flow v3, including interactive Qualifications: 5+ years of experience building rich, data-heavy web applications with a modern frontend framework; Strong experience with React (or similar) and TypeScript, including component design, state management, and testing; A product mindset: you think in terms of user journeys, edge cases, and clarity, not just individual screens; Comfortable collaborating closely with design and product, and giving and receiving feedback through iterations; Willingness to occasionally work across the stack (e.g., refining APIs, wiring up integrations) to ship features end-to-end Required Skills: React, TypeScript, UI Design, Component Design, State Management, Testing, API Integration, AI Services Integration, Tailwind, Frontend Architecture, Performance Optimization, Collaboration, Feedback
