Senior Software Engineer

PropertyRadar is a dynamic and fast-growing company on a mission to provide small businesses with better access to public records opportunities. They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead feature creation and improvement for their cloud product, collaborating with engineering teams to design robust solutions focused on performance, security, and cost-efficiency. Responsibilities: Demonstrate accountability for the features you work on, from Qualifications: 8+ years of hands-on experience building SaaS applications; Proven expertise in SaaS application development and knowledge of industry best practices; Strong software engineering skills with a focus on quality and security; Experience working in an AI-first development environment; Ability to use AI tools (e.g., coding assistants, LLMs, and other automation) as part of daily workflow; Experience designing and building AI-powered features; Demonstrated accountability for features from requirements gathering to deployment and follow-up; Proactive in raising concerns or flagging risks related to timelines, scope, or technical decisions; Deep understanding of SOLID principles; Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions; Ability to give and receive code reviews with a focus on growth, quality, and maintainability; Solid understanding of security best practices, including authentication and authorization mechanisms and protocols; Experience developing complex, secure, and high performing features in both PHP and Python; Experience writing unit and integration tests for continuous integration environments; Experience maintaining and creating Dockerfiles using Docker and other containerization technologies; Deep understanding of REST principles for designing and developing large-scale APIs; Experience documenting and validating work with OpenAPI and JSON Schema for API documentation and validation; Ability to write complex SQL queries, including advanced techniques such as Common Table Expressions (CTEs); Experience optimizing and designing queries for Lucene-based database management systems, such as Elasticsearch or Solr; Ability to create developer-friendly API documentation; Experience writing clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices using Flutter and Dart; Ability to translate Figma designs into reusable, pixel-perfect Flutter widgets; Experience debugging efficiently across different platforms; Ability to integrate effectively with RESTful APIs and handle common client-side concerns like caching, error handling, and performance optimization Required Skills: SaaS application development, AI tools usage, CI/CD pipelines, API design, PHP, Python, Docker, SQL
