Senior Staff Software Engineer - Credit Karma

Intuit is a technology company that specializes in financial software, and they are seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer to develop features and improvements for Credit Karma's consumer-facing products. The role involves leading frontend architecture strategy, improving development workflows, and integrating AI-powered solutions into engineering workflows and member experiences. Responsibilities: Elevate engineering rigor by improving development workflows, CI/CD practices, observability, and operational excellence for frontend systems; Drive the evolution of our design system and component architecture to enable rapid, consistent product development across verticals; Proactively identify technical debt and organizational bottlenecks, and lead structured efforts to address them; Serve as a multiplier for the team — raising the bar through thoughtful code reviews, architectural guidance, and technical decision-making frameworks Qualifications: Programming experience with a focus on front end development; Experience in at least one relevant front-end framework (React, Typescript, Node, JavaScript); Strong command of modern HTML and CSS; A solid foundation in OOP, design patterns, algorithms, programming languages; Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field or software development training program Required Skills: Frontend Development, React, TypeScript, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Object-Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, Algorithms, GraphQL, Microservices Architecture, Messaging Patterns, API Design, Client/Server Contracts, AI-assisted Development Tools, A/B Testing, Agile/Scrum
