Software Test Automation Engineer

High Side Technology is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Test Automation Engineer to join their team. This role is focused on developing, maintaining, and executing automated tests across functional and regression test suites while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure software reliability and performance. Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks for functional and regression testing; Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to identify and resolve bugs; Maintain and enhance the automated test harness, ensuring continuous integration and delivery; Perform API, UI, and load testing using industry-standard tools; Create and update technical documentation related to test processes and tools; Work closely with DevOps, development, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and test coverage across environments Qualifications: Clearance: Top Secret with SCI Eligibility; Familiarity with automated UI testing tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or Eggplant; Strong experience in test automation and quality assurance; Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Java, JavaScript, Python, HTML/CSS; Solid understanding of source control tools like Git or GitLab; Working knowledge of Docker and AWS; Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases; Experience with IntelliJ or other modern IDEs; Exposure to load testing frameworks like Locust (or similar); Strong communication and problem-solving skills Required Skills: Test automation, Automated UI testing, Programming languages, Source control tools, Docker, AWS, PostgreSQL, C++, API testing tools
