Software Tester

DMI is a leading global provider of digital services working at the intersection of public and private sectors. They are seeking a Software Tester to ensure high-quality performance through rigorous end-to-end functionality testing, data analysis, and collaboration with stakeholders to drive strategic decisions. Responsibilities: Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end tests for our web sites, web services and mobile applications; Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the systematic evaluation of signal performance; Identify and troubleshoot software issues, analyzing test results and recommending necessary improvements; Collaborate with the engineering and development teams to address and resolve user functionality issues; Collect and analyze performance data from software tests, generating meaningful insights and actionable recommendations; Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to communicate test findings to key stakeholders and management; Continuously monitor and evaluate signal performance metrics, providing regular updates on system performance and improvements; Utilize your business analyst expertise to support strategic decision-making processes related to communication technology; Collaborate with product managers and business development teams to define and refine product Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field; Proven experience in end-to-end software testing and analysis, preferably within the military industry; Strong business analyst skills, with experience in data analysis; Familiarity with software testing tools, software protocols, and industry standards; Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate and reliable testing outcomes; Proficiency in analysis tools and software (e.g., Java User Interfaces, Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle Database, OLTP); Proficiency in Oracle Solaris Operating system on SPARC hardware; Understanding of Continuity of Operations and Oracle Data Guard; Effective communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders; Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in cross-functional teams; Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance; Must be US Citizen Required Skills: End-to-end software testing, Data analysis, Software testing tools, Oracle Database, Java User Interfaces, Oracle Solaris
