This role involves analyzing adoption metrics, refining success plans, and facilitating workshops while collaborating with key stakeholders to address adoption barriers. Responsibilities: Analyze adoption metrics (e.g., product usage) to identify trends and suggest improvements; Co-facilitate adoption workshops with guidance, documenting actionable outcomes; Update success plans based on customer feedback and product updates; Troubleshoot basic technical adoption blockers (e.g., configuration errors); Collaborate with ASAs to align account plans with adoption best practices Qualifications: Ability to exercise judgment when following general instructions; Experience working independently to support adoption initiatives; Ability to resolve routine and semi-routine challenges of limited to moderate complexity; Experience analyzing adoption metrics, refining success plans, and coordinating small-scale workshops; Ability to troubleshoot basic technical adoption blockers (e.g., configuration errors); Experience collaborating with Account Solution Architects (ASAs) to align account plans with adoption best practices; Ability to co-facilitate adoption workshops with guidance and document actionable outcomes; Ability to update success plans based on customer feedback and product updates; Occasional customer-facing interaction skills to address common adoption barriers Required Skills: Adoption Metrics Analysis, Workshop Facilitation, Success Plan Development, Technical Troubleshooting, Customer Feedback Analysis, Account Planning, Open Source Software, Linux, Cloud Technologies, Container Technologies, Kubernetes, Judgment
