Sr. Business Systems Analyst

The Sr. Business Systems Analyst will bridge the gap between business objectives and technical solutions, leading efforts to analyze and document complex business requirements while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and IT teams. Responsibilities: Lead the analysis, documentation, and refinement of business Qualifications: Strong knowledge of both business operations and IT systems, with an ability to translate between the two domains; Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences; Able to assess and articulate the impact of business decisions across organizational departments; Demonstrated ability to lead with minimal supervision and make sound decisions under uncertainty; Able to comfortably operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with multiple concurrent priorities; Ability to demonstrate and support the 5 Company Core Values: Integrity, Advocacy, Commitment, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Excellence; Must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills; Must have the ability easily assimilate information and learn new applications and processes; Must have the ability to analyze complex system requirements and present findings to both internal and external stakeholders in a simple and comprehensible manner; Must understand the defect management and resolution process; At least 7 years of hands-on experience in business analysis, preferably in large-scale or enterprise environments; Proven experience in Agile environments, including writing user stories and working within cross-functional scrum teams; Must have experience operating in Agile SDLC, knowledge of Waterfall is a plus; Strong understanding of Microsoft Office tools like MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint; Good knowledge of process flow charting tools like Visio/LucidChart Required Skills: Business analysis, Agile methodologies, JIRA, Salesforce Platform, Confluence, Microsoft Office, Process flow charting, Analytical skills
