Sr Data Analyst/Scientist

IntusCare is a healthcare analytics platform that synthesizes healthcare data to identify risks, visualize trends, and optimize care for PACE programs. The Data Analyst will assist client delivery and product operation teams with data analysis, process improvement, and reporting to support decision-making. Responsibilities: Provide analytical support to Intus’ client delivery, utilization management and risk consulting teams; Build customer facing analytics apps and dashboards in Sigma Computing; Build and apply statistical prediction models to improve quality of care; Develop reusable semantic models, metrics and user-defined functions to support Analytics and Data Engineering teams; Develop and maintain dashboards and performance metrics to track key population health KPIs; Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices; Assist in ad hoc projects and analyses as required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Math, or related field; 5 to 10 years of experience in data analysis; 5 years of experience in population health or healthcare finance; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail; Strong understanding of SQL or Python for data manipulation; High proficiency with BI and data visualization tools such as Sigma Computing, Looker, Mode, Tableau, and Qlik; Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment; Strong communication skills and the ability to present findings clearly Required Skills: Data analysis, Population health, Healthcare finance, SQL, Python, BI tools, Data visualization, Sigma Computing, Looker, Mode, Tableau, Qlik, Statistical models, Machine learning, Analytical skills
